    Do I need an account?

    No. UniSave runs on-device by default. Sign in only if you want sync across devices.

    What is the fastest import path?

    Settings -> Library -> Import. We accept Pocket, Pinboard, Raindrop, Safari, and Chrome exports.

    Saving things

    What can I save besides URLs?

    URLs, plain text snippets, images, screenshots, and PDFs.

    What happens offline?

    The save commits instantly to the local queue and enriches when you reconnect.

    How the smart parts work.

    What model do you use?

    The provider can rotate, but the contract requires no training on your inputs.

    How does recall work?

    We search summaries, body text, tags, and your why-I-saved notes. Free usage can be quota-limited; Pro unlocks the full AI flow.

    How does sync work?

    Each device keeps a local library and syncs deltas through the UniSave backend.

    Can I use Android?

    Not yet. Android, web, Mac, and Chrome are roadmap surfaces.

    Privacy & data

    Do you sell data?

    No. Our only revenue is Pro subscriptions.

    How do I delete everything?

    Settings -> Account -> Delete everything wipes local and UniSave backend records.

    Billing

    Subscriptions and App Store billing.

    Where are invoices?

    UniSave Pro is billed by the App Store, so invoices live in your Apple ID account.

    How do refunds work?

    Refund requests are handled through Apple for the Apple ID that purchased Pro.
